Pablo_Escobar(China) on Snow BlindHere was a gg, not a pro level gg, but a gg none the less; The GLA player somewhat throws away the game throughout, but made a decent show of it.
Comments on `El-NiNo^- Nice forward aggression, as is to be expected from any GLA on this map especially; Getting that Tunnel right up close to his base was the best move in this game by you, since it completely took his base away from him, leaving him in a hole for the rest of the game; However, you lost your own supply to a single Dragon Tank, and didn't have a 2nd supply to make up for anything you lost at that time, not to mention he had taken the top oil and flamed away your opportunity at taking the bottom oil and supply for a bit.
- Nice use of Rebels in your attack on the top, taking his oil, and forcing him to sell his Reactor, slowing down his expansion on the bottom; However, I must say, that attack on the top wasn't the most well-executed, as you lost 2 Quads that didn't have to die(you could have used his buildings their to get them to tier 1/2), and you retreated for no reason when he sent a single BM out as his defense...Tier 2/3 Quads destroy anything, including BM's, You should have just destroyed it and his WF, then used your Rebel to clear the Bunker on the hillside, followed by standing him near the other bunker to distract its fire while your Quads destroyed it; After that you retreat back to a Tunnel and try to secure the top.
- Overall: You did too little damage with your attacks later on, focusing too much on getting nestled in when you should have been focusing on taking over the map and securing its supplies, i.e. a Battle Bus is not victory.
Comments on Pablo_Escobar- That is the best strategy as China against GLA on this map, from my own experience, and you executed it well in the beginning, with you second supply denying his Tunnel, then getting a Dragon behind his base and flaming away his AD and just barely not destroying his supply, but I would say a Gat-Lix wasn't the best choice in this case, as it didn't help you at all(getting it damaged to 17% Health right off the bat wasn't helping either).
- You should have sold that Reactor earlier.
- Very nice keeping yourself in the game by expanding and defending so brazenly(he made it easy for you in this game
), along with holding the map control as best you could all the time. - Overall: A few mistakes here and there, but overall you did very well in this game.
I will give this game a
4.4/10 for my entertainment.
