GG You played demo well, the bikes the ambush you almost made Laser appear useless in this match-up.
Laser: - You made no effort to deny early workers gaining map control, a dozer drop, an ambo, a vee, a ranger, something. And you would have avoided having to battle over middle for most of the game or lessened it - When you did start engaging middle, you shoulda taken some of those garrisons with MD, they would have been useful clearing that area with the bikes screwing over the vees constrantly. - That said I would have dropepd his main supply and tried to deny the arms and palace before its down
Im surprised Laser got you to your last building tbh I never doubted you would win, it was probably his safe supply that kept him going. You didnt harass it, tech RPG there a few times would have really screwed his eco

sorry i just changed it a bit then To mention as well; I like the fact that from the start you knew you were demo and you used it to its strength from early on. ALOT of players kind of forget they are demo until its almost too late and you only see things like Demo bikes coming out when true desperation has set in and its normally too late at that point Someone will say bikes are nooby probably, but if ur demo then you would be an idiot not to use them

Did you add or remove something when you changed it?
Mostly agreed with it; RunsWithBulls could have done far better with his Laser in this game, failing to keep concentrated at every juncture, he seemed easily dissuade by pressure, when at the same time, Phoenix wasn't applying the most formidable pressure he could. I suppose it's relative to the players.
DB's could have been used more audaciously, rather than directly trying to counter Vees with them at times, he could have also been constantly costing him $1,000 by hunting dozers, or taken out his power; Both require just 1 bike, and are a good trade that slows the opponent.
Also, loading up techs full of workers, or rebels(which cost less) for example, can be a good way to do some big damage for cheap.

Re-worded it tbh and removed a bit about the following, I basically said that he didnt have many options as Laser vs the bikes, ambush and buggys. The avenger is pretty useless as its just bike bait, and well comms is the only other real solution apart from someawesome vee micro. But the comms never got off the ground and honestly not sure he could afford enough of them to use them effectively if quads joined the field in numbers. The tech worker thing is nice, he did use a bike to take out a supply drop zone I saw that

Ah, well, he could always have worked on repulsing some of the map control tunnels early on, and played more offensively, hopefully with good enough micro/macro not to mess himself up in the process. Late game he was in for it, as he gets no Aur, cheap party-cannon, Comanches, not even Tomahawks(which are weak vs Bikes, but impossibly good vs Buggies).
In his position, honestly, more cash+laser turrets and an army of laser tanks. unless he gets Rebel Ambushed in a big group, which was more likely than not the case we'd see, so he would be screwed with that as well.
Spoiler
Meh, like you said in your review, I had no doubt Phoenix would win this one.
Lol, always bringing up stuff from years ago. Back when I was a shit noob dodger I was still positive vs you, that’s sad 😀
trash.
