anyway heres another result of my lame qm abuse, my stealth vs his laser i did some tunnel spammy bo which worked pretty good but he countered it all pretty nicely with humvees so i had to search for some other things. i used about all units stealth has, i hope you like my stealth gaming and the action in his base. we both microed pretty well, it might be a bit one sided because i kept him under pressure so he never really had a chance to attack .
I actually really enjoyed your stealth evry1. your terror techs were really good and you kept him busy all the time. very nice bomb truck usage, especially the one on the fire base and the one that cost him 2vees at the right. also noticed the saboteur neir the end well played I would certainly give you a 8/10 maybe a hijacker to get power? some really nice unit combination
Taking out only one supply isn't so effective vs USA, as he keeps his four nooks. His income-rate gets a little lower as they all drop of at same supply, but it's better imo to take out wf and stop his unit production, or strat-centre like you did later.
Your income-rate was a little slow with only four workers at each supply. Between 5-7 is optimal. Later you took workers from supplies to make black-markeds etc., so remember to rebuild them, you're down at two in the end.. You could also use the advantage of the early game pressure and grab the middle.
Buggies was quite good, but normally you should be sure to bring some quads to protect them, and have Jarmen somewhere close to kill mds as he evacuates humvees. Then you can use them more aggressive. But the quads you constantly send in behind USAs supply is a real pain, good work.
[AH]RusHilac, USA laser:
Your start is to slow and think you let your opponent get tunnels up to easy. You defend quite good, but without flash-bangs rpgs are to effective.
When playing against GLA you're going to need air-units at some point. Get air-field as soon as you can, it would really help against all those techs.
You had several chanses to attack, but didn't use them. The easiest was quite early, just send an empty humvee or an ambulance to drive over his workers. Late game you should've gotten some static defence to protect your flanks and then attack. You often had to withdraw your army because of a few flanking units.
Overall:
I like the stealth-play, you use stealth strength to your advantage. But I think you suffer from a low income-rate. A bit one sided too, you do all the attacking. 5.5/10
[AH]RusHilac - USA Laser 1. Build Order You went with a dual Supply build with a War Factory and Barracks, while keeping your Command Center. Generally, this build is decent against GLA's like Toxin, but NOT against a Tunnel- spamming Stealth! When I am up against a Tunnel spammer, I make a Barracks with my 2nd Dozer right away, and use a Chinook to transport 2 Rangers and the Dozer around the map, killing their Workers. Since USA's early game economy is pretty weak, especially when you keep your Command Center, you weren't able to get any units out the door fast enough to stop his Tunnels from going up, giving him easy map control.
2. Economy Going dual Supplies as USA is a good way to get enough money to compete with the other side's cheaper units, structures, etc. Evry1's Tech- Terror killed one of your supplies early though, and you had 3 Chinooks collecting from one dock, and one wasn't doing anything for a while Evry1's flanking Quads also harassed your Chinooks a bit; yoy should've considered placing 2 Missile Defenders near your supplies to kill them. You also could have tried to capture the Oils after clearing them of Tunnels. USA isn't supposed to be a map control team, but when your opponent is able to have both Oils and three Supplies during some point of the game, you're going to be in trouble.
3. Micromanagement Your micromanagement wasn't that bad during the game. You didn't lose all that many Humvees, and usually always evacuated ones that were about to die. You made sure that your Chinooks were moved out of range when under attack, too. There were the occasional micromanagement mistakes, but your micro was pretty consistent
4. Mixing You didn't really mix that much, unfortunately. You basically made Humvees, Ambulances, Missile Defenders, and later, Pathfinders You really needed to get some Comanches or Raptors; his Buggys were hurting your Hummers a lot, and at that point, he wasn't making many Quads at all
5. Generals Powers Your first A- 10 was a complete waste, killing nothing. However, going Pathfinders was a good idea to kill Evry1's RPG Troopers, Workers, and Jarmen Kell Your second A-10 attack was decent, killing a Black Market, but you were dead before using any more
Rating: 4.5/10
tank_pwnage - GLA Stealth 1. Build Order You went with a slight Tunnel spam, and used a TechTerror to kill his Supply Center. This build worked very well, as he couldn't stop your Tunnels from going up, and using your RPGs to kill Dozers trying to kill your Workers was very smart. Your TechTerror worked brilliantly, killing his Supply Center, and you immediately had the advantage.
2. Economy You started out with dual Supplies, to fund your early Tunnel spam near his base, then captured the Oils. Although you did eventually get one middle Supply Stash up, you should've gotten one on each side of the city up, and much earlier. With a healthly economy, you could afford to harass his base, and you also ended up with some Black Markets
3. Micromanagement Your micro was pretty decent as well. You effectively attacked him at one side while also getting a Technical or Quad Cannon down the other side throughout the game. Your Buggy micro was alright as well, as you only lost a couple.
4. Mixing You mixed very well during the game. Early game, Quad Cannons, Technicals, RPG Troopers, and Terrorists were all used. You ended up also using Buggies, Jarmen Kell, a Bomb Truck, Rebels, and even a Sabotuer
5. Generals Powers Your Rebel Ambushes weren't that great, as you used them on his Humvees with Pathfinders in them The GPS Scrambler on your Buggys was smart though
Rating: 7.5/10
Overall It was a pretty ownage game. Both players microed well, but Evry1 was on the offensive, and RusHilac was never really able to launch an offensive
thanks for the review all, very nice . i used the rebel ambush at times when he could've killed my buggies unless i did something. ambushes are useless when he has snipers anyway so its better to save some buggies with it .
