Skill rating: 6/10. Both players played quite fast here and their build orders/ micro / game decisions for the most part were quite good! I would rate the skill level for the particular game high semi and verging on pro.

Entertainment rating: 2/10. This was quite a short game with nothing spectacular.

Good start, solid build order with no mistakes.

Loved the idea of having a tox rebel by your WF! Now you don't see that often but it worked nicely here. I think due to his lack of map control you anticipated he was going to do this. However a pro may either run it over or shoot it and could make problems however it can go either way so WP there.

Once you saw that your opponent had a tunnel by your unsafe, I would instantly drop another tunnel just incase - you never know if he will get lucky and win the engagement at your unsafe which would put you in a bad position.

Also, you could have snuck in a couple of tox rebels to the right side oils which you had defended nicely and the capture building upgrade as well as got your second arms dealer up. Either that or have a worker ready at the 3rd supply to take it when you have the money.

WP and you have all the fundamentals of being a good pro player. I would like to see you play vs a known pro / expert player and post either a loss or win replay and I'd like to review it smile.gif

I really liked your sneaky workers to the sides with an aggressive build focused on tech terroring the tox war factory fast. In my opinion, your build order was stronger than tox's which was a standard semi map control build. If you had have executed the tech terror you would be in a very good position to win.

Obviously bad luck losing your tech terror to the toxin rebel, you just needed to run it over or at least shoot it :X Or you could have TT his unsafe supply which you drove right past. Sometimes it better to take the safer option but I see why you went for the WF as the map is quite open.

After losing the tech terror, the game became in his favour as he had the map and had extra money to go 2nd WF / eco.

However, you did have two side tunnels and tried to push his unsafe but of course it wasn't enough as his production hadn't been slowed and tox tunnels are OP.

If you wanted a better chance, you should have boomed once your TT failed on 4 supplies and spammed many tunnels, hijackers and quads while going up to palace. Once the TT had failed it was pretty much 90% in his favour though so it would probably be quite hard to do.

Anyways WP you are a good player as well, post some replays of you vs pros / experts and I would like to review them! smile.gif
