A noob game.

  • Firstly, never build your Reactor(power plant) so far from your Dozer at the start of a game, build it as close as possible to where your Dozer starts without placing it down on top of said Dozer, trust me, a waste of time getting your power up is a game killer. Secondly, sell your Command Center.
  • Barracks placement was fine, but where were the Mini-Gunners and Tank Hunters? You waited unnecessarily long to start producing them; Always get the Capture upgrade after you have your Mini-Gunners/RG/Rangers/Rebels trained first.
  • Supply placement was fine, but you need to send your other Dozer to your 2nd supply immediately after your Barracks finished, and don't build three Supply Trucks, unless you are mining from far away, which isn't usually the case, so don't do it.
  • Going for a Helix BO as Infantry against another Infantry is a tad bit of insanity, don'tcha know? All he needs is four Mini-Gunners, each one stationed a distance away from one another in a line on his side of the map, then you won't be able to use a Helix army to get in...
  • Taking the top oil so late in the game is appalling, that must be taken no later than the bottom oils; No later than 2:00 Minutes into the game. At least you had the good idea to destroy his oils when you attacks, giving yourself an income advantage.
  • MiG's are a good idea, but you need Black Napalm, and a lot of them to do good damage against an army with ECM's.

Hard^
  • Sell your Command Center for the extra $1,000, do not put $1,100 into getting mines and Radar on it, as he is Infantry as well, therefore he can see the mines with his Outposts, and you don't need the Radar to look around a map like this.
  • Your supply placement was poor on top and bottom, just place them down oriented directly toward the supplies, at no greater distance than the supply trucks themselves(longways). And again, too slow in Capturing the oils; Getting your $3,000 initial bonus quickly, and the additional gain early on makes the difference between success and failure in all oil-leaning maps.
  • Good timing on your Troop Crawler, but you should have put the pressure on him immediately after you saw he had gone for a Helix BO, as it means he has weak defenses(no Outpost army); Just drive right on in with Mini-Gunners and Dragon Tanks, followed by an Outpost, and you'd have the game, as it was; But going for a Tech'd up army against his sheer lack of game knowledge was good enough to win.
