Will watch later, hard for China but ultimately yes it can win. You just need that bunker like mad, mine the fck out of everything, nuke canon, mig and helix approach. Basically the sneak is what screws you at that point so you have to defend vs it, migs always available in base, mine drop always ready etc Cash is an issue for China in such a long game but you assume cash is also an issue for the gla and China has decent powers
