PeterSpeiebech(Tank) vs -BountyHunter-(Nuke) on Barren Badlands Balanced
Here is a game that could have been a lot easier from the start, but became more difficult due to poor decision making on the allocation of excessive funds. It turns out to be a decent challenge, with some good use of Lotus and lots of back and forth action.
Comments on PeterSpeiebech:- Good job flaming down that top supply, but then you didn't get your Propaganda Center up quickly afterword, along with a lack of mass production; Once you are on three supplies you can make a 3rd WF, and have all three going at once, and in your case here, in which you got a 4th, it was a real shame to see you not spamming a lot early on; You should have had loads of tanks all over the map by 6 minutes in, instead you went for Helix, which is more expensive, and countered by 1 ECM+Gatling Tank.
- See why you need more WF's to spam tanks all over the map? so you don't have Nuke overpower you with speed; That along with your lack of defenses to start with.
- Did you mean to commit suicide with Lotus just to scout his army for your Helix's that couldn't be engaged? if so,
. - Overall: Having the whole map should make it an easy win, not even somewhat of a struggle should be had. Auto-loaders will be your best friend as Tank, because they make it so you can engage Overlords head-on.
Comments on -BountyHunter-:- Your first Supply Center went up really late in comparison to his, along with your WF, which was a real shame, because it cost you your top supply; But at the same time you were making up for it in a way by getting both oils.
- Nice job getting your Propaganda Center up quickly and getting an Overlord out, which really saved your base; Getting a bunker-Overlord would actually be somewhat useful in this MU, not saying it is necessary or anything, but it could come in handy.
- Going straight for his base with your army and Lotus was the successful move that turned the whole game upside-down for your opponent, because he didn't build enough WF's.
- Very good use of your Generals Abilities, getting rid of the burden he was putting on you from the top.
- Overall: You could have possibly defended your base against his attack while trying to destroy his WF's, which would make him unable to keep attacking your base, because you could tell by what you had and what he had that you didn't have enough time to take out all of his buldings before he destroyed yours, especially with him still having a Dozer going around the map.
