In regards to the rumors that patch 1.10 has been permanently put on hold APOC has responded with this:
Patch 1.10 for C&C 3 is not dead and never was dead and it is still planned to happen, but as to when, I cannot say a specific date or time range.
Right now, we need to get the critical issues for Kane's Wrath fixed first.
But, we're not done patching C&C 3 and have never said we were.
I can't provide you more than that right now unfortunately.
