Hook goes for a greedy 4 Saboteur/Airfield build against Goofing who decides not to take any risks, capturing only his nearby Tiberium spike and going for early Raider Buggies to deny possible enemy Saboteurs.
However, a drafted Black Hand squad making its way towards Goofing's base catches his attention, giving Hook the opportunity to capture the remaining 3 Tiberium spikes on the map unopposed. The Tiberium spike near Goofing's base gets captured back very quickly though.
Despite having the early economic advantage and 3 War factories compared to the 2 from Goofing Hook does not really manage to capitalize on it in any way, e.g. by significantly outnumbering his opponent in unit numbers or getting one clicks up faster, giving Goofing over the course of the game the chance to even the odds out.
