This guy 784, is a famous criminal on TW. I'm not joking, he used a lot of different bug abuses and hack on me and other players. I have also some replays of him abusing some other victims.
What you can do is to never be alone when you are online. Always try to be with someone else in case you meet him.
Be careful in the near future, I think you should put in in fair section. He deserves a ban in my opinion, not normal to build so many bunkers. There were no reasons at all.
