Command and Conquer 4

1: How not to play = Look at Node 5, our defense player. He should get banned for retardation. He builds Bunkers around the Node, fill them all with infantries, then builds a crystal shield to shield them. Fun part; at the end he still loses his useless Crawler to burrowed Scorpions.

2: I found some neat tricks from Skirmish AI I try to execute it as much as possible. Take red HP unit behind Crawler and then decommission them; no VP for enemy.

3: Paladins... I put 5+ Paladins on anti-rocket mode, and they make 4 Salamanders totally useless. Then my team mates helps me out to kill them.

4: I try to crush a Tyrant with my Thunderhead, but it does no damage Maybe it can only crush Small-units.

If I recall, it was a pretty even game even with this nub sitting at back but someone had dropped and it was essentially 5v3 without the extra CP =(

Funny how he chose probably the worst node to defend on the map, you could send one Engineer over there and have it for a good chunk of the game.

The Paladins were a great move though, very nice check to the Salamanders and good aid for your teammates.

I also liked the Striker and Bulldog usage from Noodles, reminded me a lot of the Buggy/Bike from that other replay.

Overall, it's a good game, and even with the noob defense player you two still did well IMO.

Anyone else having problems downloading a replay? I keep getting a message flash up when tryiong to launch the game.

Launch the game or just downloading? I have no problem downloading a replay. However, as C&C 4 now uses a Launcher to open the game you can't simply just double click the replay file anymore. Place it into your replay folder, then open the game normally through Launcher, then navigate to archive and replay section.

Yeah it's great how C&C4's AI is much better than previous C&C games
Also Thunderheads do damage medium units, I don't know why it didn't work in your case
