Big oof, actually.

wow, is this a true 2019 replay or an old 2012 hall of fame replay? Can't believe to see this level of skill still at 2019. Definitely a Wub from me, this could easily be hall of fame, or should be.

This game had it all, GDI doing a nice actual counter to Nod OP Tier 3 and MoK. Mirror Coating used perfectly, Ion Cannons used perfectly.
Even saw Avatars built and upgraded to counter GDI Hunter/Juggernaugths.
Also saw cute Skirmishes between GDI Commando and Cyborg Commando.

Scalpels used perfectly, finally seeing their abilities used.

Perfect stasis fields everywhere from both factions.

Offense, Defense and Support, all classes used. Saw even a Seismic Disturbance power to counter a Nod stealth base with Specters.

I'm blown away from this replay, not to mention it was super close at the end.

Thanks for the wub, Incia! I uploaded this the same day we played it. I liked it because of the good combination of GDI defense and heavy support and because of the score.

It's not HoF though, in the past years we've had many better games with better players, too. AnaConda plays like a bot who doesn't care about tib or counters and just executes a script. The earthquake was probably used accidentally by q7b, who often uses it rather ineffectively against air units. We were just lucky that this time there happened to be Specters underneath. We were also lucky that q7b spammed Paladins this match. Normally he builds a random mix of Hunters, Titans and Talons. Re_Zulu played very well.

GDI had the underdog team and I know that Nod didn't play nearly as well as they could have. I'm sure if they had just kept up the pressure in the beginning, GDI would have lost.

I'm sorry about the stasis. I try not to use it because it's cheesy and game-breaking, but I saw at least two heroic Nod Commandos and that triggered me.

cool that game was fun indeed. i thought we could never beat them, especially on that map, where we started with 2 support players. But end good, all good. Big strategist among us, that beaconed us, and wrote more in chat than played
, like always .

Been away for a few years, could you give some pointers to these better games in the past years, would love to have a look and Wub them. Maybe not HoF because not all 4 played top notch like you said, but definitely worth something, should at least get up to popular replays I think. Wubing these nice replays would help the community too, as I see lots of replays being uploaded and almost all of them have whooping 1000 downloads but 0 Wubs. I'm not saying to spam 50 wubs on random replays but this at least deserves more then my wub, wub away guys.

Only things that were never seen before (unlikely nowadays) and games without any average or bad player on either side should be in the HoF. It would in my opinion leave the wrong impression if a game containing q7b -- a guy who still spams Zone Lancers, Wolfs or Spider Tanks after eight years of playing -- ended up in the HoF (although he didn't play that badly this match).

I have to look into my replay folder for good replays from 2013 on. Many games that had more good players in it than this weren't as close or had a disconnect.

Well to be HoF it usually needs to be close too (which this was) and definitely no disconnects. But I would want to watch more fun replays nonetheless.

I can see two games from 2015-2016 on popular replay section though. Would be fun to get one for 2019 too. For popular I think you only need 4 wubs...
