You can freeze it, cancel the Ion Cannon THEN MOVE AWAY FROM THE AREA so the EMP won't affect it bitch.

Yes but it is the EMP ANTI MEASUREMENTS that lets you get away from it, not the Stasis fied. SO it will still cost you 20 SP and it is a bit expansive. Should have cost 10 SP. And maybe add this ability to the Scalpel so it can be repeatedly used free of charge on a specific region.

You freeze, IT, not your own units, Freeze it and go away. No need for EMP Counter on the Ion Cannon. And even if it does EMP it's not usually a big issue, it's so small time. Only OP stuff with GDI early game are really Hunters, Sheppards and Spanners. You can seal your own tiberium early to mid-game as Nod though, and then make a comeback at Tier 3 as Nod, like all wins with Nod have been. Beginning is a truggle but when you reach Tier 3 it's usually an easy win.

At Tier 3 you can build basilisks, high confessors, upgraded reckoners and all other OP stuff to compensate for the hard early game. GDI OP at tier 1-2, Nod OP at tier 3, we all know this.

And anyways, we will never see a patch for this game so just stop with the nagging, it serves no good to anyone.

Ok.. i'll stop it for a while.. and give my wub for MurderOmega for having the nerves required to build a well invested army of Stealth Tanks and take out in a row evil GDI crawlers in a way only a real NOD do it.

And again, for MurderOmega dropping his NOD crawler on Jugernut's GDI offense cralwer and units dealing at least 50++ points damage. (In my taste.. Jugernut is too GDI sticky.. it's just gives a little comfort to see a 400Tons Piano from the 10th floor falls on the head of a bad-dog 4-walker).

Wubbed !

1st of all thankyou Incia for the replay of the week, I thought it was a fun game and worthy of a replay considering the players and how close it was. And as for AsafB, I am not ashamed to post this game and YOU should be ashamed for taking a victory out of everyones hands that has ever won as GDI. That is pretty much your point in all your blatherings right? You are the only one who is bitching about this game and you didnt even play it. Zodiac was even cordial enough to comment and said it was a vgg. Both factions had a great game and was proud to have such C&C royalty with me and against me. So either enjoy the replay or not, but dont try to take away a win with excuses. Also, we got dominated the game before and after if that makes you feel any better about your rantings. Peace!

Yes it makes me feel a little better. And your "victory" here ain't counted. It's taken. I took it, confiscated.

You saw me once as NOD and you jump into a possible false conclusion I don't use GDIs.

In order to really know how to hunt GDIs I might have to be familiar with the GDI way as well, so, it's hard to tell what I can do better.

Blood and Sand.. is a good map.. it's an excellent case study, but again, who knows what other maps I handle just as well.

The only thing I will share here is that when I switch to GDI, it just becomes easier. I get more outcome with less effort, it's my personal general experience. With GDIs it is less keyboard, less complex manuvers, The Hunters are more responsive , less clumsy and everything just kills better.
It's my personal general expreience.

And one last thing.. maybe I have such a splitted personallity where.. In day-light I might be a GDI scum... but when the moon rises.. I may transform into a NOD beast.. Who knows.

Ok for a RotW material, the conversations here are getting a bit off topic.

This is the last time I'll ask this: Please get back on topic talking about the game, any offtopic posts from hereon will be removed immediately without notice.

Making some necromancy here. Totally agreed with AsafB's point of view. And -- did I miss something? Is Incia really a girl? I always thought about this person as of guy...

That could be a good match without fiberon (sure, he did some useful stuff, but overall he was a total waste of command and support points) and cheetah's dc near the end.
I mean, I understand why Cubie uploaded this, but I'm not gonna wub for it mostly because of that random camping sup-noob. I bet NOD let him play only because they thought he's a smurf. Or Cubie whined about the balance to add a random to them smile.gif
