8-Bit Arena arrived! After a short wait the multiplayer only version of the game is here! For a small 5 bucks you get your hands on all 6 factions and you can play with them online. However if you want to try out this game first, there is a demo available. The free demo version allows players to play as a free faction that will rotate every day. Random will also give you the chance to random all factions despite only having the free one. You will also be given a small selection of maps to host, they can however still join all other matches.
Also, 8-Bit Armies, Hordes and Invaders all have new game updates today (Steam and GOG) to add player-requested Replay and Observer modes!
update: It seems the demo isn't the 'free to play' version just yet. It should arrive shortly though!

With 187 players online QM is more or less like any other CnC game. Depends on the time of the day. I'm sure by night hours it will go down to 30 players.
