January was a good month with nearly 2500 games played and now in April is the perfect time to have another big clanwars month because everyone is at home.
April will be Set Clans with a few good improvements compared to January:
If you want, you can sign up with 1 friend to get put in the same clan (your friend must also agree).
The points system will be slightly different to Jan so you can win more games vs the same clan in 1 day.
The top-8 warriors will qualify for a 1v1 invitational tournament with big prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.*
Prize / Wildcard tournament entry for the player with the most CWs games played (win or lose) in April.
*All games in the invitational tournament will be casted live for the world on Twitch on May 4th/5th. We have a $200 prize pool and will make a bigger announcement soon. If you want to contribute $ to the prize to make it even bigger - pm me ASAP!
We will announce the Set Clans on March 29th to give people time to organize their clan. The deadline for signups is April 5th - I will not accept any more signups after 5th April so please sign up now and help make the clans even. Huge shoutout to BlackKnightofEa who is working hard to make this all happen and will be co-casting the tournament.
Friendly reminder - we encourage players of ANY skill to sign up for Set Clans. You get the chance to play with pros in your clan and you will find many players in other clans at your skill level. You must not be afraid to lose at the start because you will improve - just to give you an idea - in active months an excellent player will get 40% winrate and a very good player will get 30% wins. Some guys get 5-10% wins and have fun But with the pts system you can get top 10 if you spam enough games, giving yourself a chance to win $ in the tournament where anything can happen.
Post your nicknames and GameRanger IDs in comments, I will keep the list updated. If you can - pls also give me an idea of how active you will be (high=100+ games, med=50-100, low=25-50). Also pls comment if you will play 1v1 and I will make sure you have guys to play vs.
Should bann people from playing 100 4v4 games in a row as last time then this could be good. About double the games could of been played if half the CW list didn't constantly play those 4v4's.

I don't think 4v4 should be banned. The top-8 tournament incentive will make sure fewer 4v4 games are played by good players (because they risk losing pts). The 4v4 CW games are fun and they don't make up many games at all. Guys dodging because they "wait for 4v4" has nothing to do with 4v4 being allowed.

i was on all month, and saw maybe about less than 20 4v4s that were cw. all the other 4v4s were just for fun games as usual.... i think your getting mixed up info man.. mmm i saw about a hundred 1v1 or 2v2 cws a day tho
This started from day 15 to the end of month and no i don't have my info mixed up, i saw there asking games over and over every day for hours and same answer came ''nah ima play some 4v4s, maybe after''. Did that ''after'' ever happened? No. It's 8 CW players from different clans playing in those, that's alot of games.
