Are forums alive, as I reported cheter year ago, and now. So far nothing, so who do I need to bug for this?

That is nothing my man. There is still people who make duplicate accounts and then play against themselves on two PCs and surrender immediately, rinse and repeat for hours, to get that rank 87 badge on a dead game.

Then there's that Th3ory a.k.a. mu5ic guy who plays KW with two monitors in front of him. One monitor shows KW and the other one is used to check players' IP addresses in real-time.
