Company of Heroes 2

I just got CoH2 and because I don't have internet all the time I was hoping that it would allow me to watch replays in offline mode. Problem is that when I try to start the game it freezes on the Company of Heroes 2 logo in the start and pretty much sticks there until I restart my computer.

Is this supposed to happen? Please tell me this problem is easily fixed.

COH2 requires steam to be in offline mode as well for it to work.

Check that you're in offline mode.

Managed to get it working. Seems to be really fickle. Sometimes it just takes a bit longer to boot up while other times it crashes with a Bugsplat error. As long as it gets there eventually.
