Kanes Wrath

I could not figure OBS out although I can record kane's wrath without lag, the quality is very low ( problems with resolution etc) Anyone knows where I can find the correct settings to record it? ( I have this problem for all games not only kane's wrath)

Had same problem, buy a better PC, problem solved.

Gather the villages resources and build the fastest plastic bottle and cardboard boxed PC you've ever seen in malta.

The problem I have is more with the resolution does that have anything to do with how good the pc is?

Change your bitrate lower, as i can see its lagging. check your upload speed to determine your bitrate www.speedtest.net
around 2500-3500 should suffice, video settings 1920 by 1080 i think you have 1280x720 thats why its got black bars. i put recording format to mp4, encoder (software x264), Process priority - normal and Renderer Direct3D 11, try these settings and let me know how it goes, if the stream lags, just lower your bitrate until it doesnt

hes streaming aswell. hence why i told him the settings

Does the resolution have to be the same which I have in the game's settings?

if u want everything to fit yea, or u can also downscale. Also if i remember correctly with the oldschool OBS version u can preview stream -> edit scene -> click on backround of screen preview till its highlighted and hold shift to shape the resolution as u want.
