In this tournament, the maps that are not played so often are played. It's a typical 3v3 tourney but without Defcon, Green Pastures and Twilight Flame, because the other maps are just as good (;
No team limit The host puts the teams together (for hopefully balanced teams) 5 games are made per encounter (Every map once) The losing team is out of the tourney (Elimination principle) Random Armies are chosen in each game First map will be Hostile Dawn Loser picks next map

Sign up from March 25th till March 30th The teams will be announced on April 9th Tourney starts on April 10th

first off, I like the design a lot and I would love to participate in another team-tourney! )
but I see some troubling rules: I mean if someone like you decides on teams, then it acquires that you have the knowledge to make the right decisions. I already see people complaining after the teams have been made. its impossible to agree and satisfy everybody anyway.
not having random reverse also takes balance out and doing an elimination principle sort of requires more than 4 teams in my opinion and at this stage with so many players quitting and having had so much drama, I am not sure if there will be more than 12 players who wanna participate. (but thats just a concern and I might be wrong.)
and I kinda wish I had more saying with whom I can team. I mean there are players I just dont sync with, are never available, not up for communication over ts/skype or have an attitude problem that I would rather avoid teaming with.

I think that someone else deciding the teams actually would make for more interesting games tbh. Less orchestrated/ rehearsed if your with randoms. Its just for fun right, screw the balance

Random reverse makes no sense, because u play every match on a different map. For random reverse u need to play every map twice. At this tourney it would be 10 matches?! That's way too much... I want to bring the diversity of the 6 player maps, which often is forgotten (;
For the balance i will care about the opinions of the other stuff members (:
People who are known for not showing up or bad communication will not be allowed to play.
