A lot of people should have been expert, actually. If you were playing from 2011 - 2015, many were playing the game near the max skill level. Thats why I had to push hard to get hawky, meany, danzor and others to get their replays labeled expert. Even looking at it today, when you watch many top players replays, and compare them to 2009 and younger, there is a huge and clear skill gap in favor of the later years.
