Dwarfs: OP, everything on them si OP, every single hero and every single unit Angmar, slightly OP, and monstrous catapults when upgraded MoTW, well, after I saw what can do ranger spam, they are OP Mordor: normal Goblins: normal Isengard: normal Elves: Hobbits, mirkwoods, OP
Dwarves and Angmar ar OP because of their unstoppable axethrower rushes, elite archers, and dwarven heroes.
Men, Elves, Mordor are normal because they aren't as powerful as Dwarves and Angmar in the early game, but they get OP elite archers and Mordor's mid-late game isn't that bad.
Isengard and Goblins are UP, they don't get elite archers and their normal archers are the worst, except the axethrowers, but those are still worse than most, and aren't that useful for a rush. Their mini-hordes are the worst, they don't have really good heroes. The only decent units they have are axethrowers for Isengard, and spider riders for goblins.
Dwarves - Op, their axetrower rush is just too strong Elves - normal, their elite swords should be buffed a bit but overall they r pretty balanced Men - Normal. They are balanced imo Goblins - up. I think they need to be buffed A BIT, not much. But just make them easyer to play with Isen - up. Make uruks back usefull, but don't give a 1.06 Isengard Angmar - op. Makes the low-resources-costing unit, the thrall master, weaker servants. Mordor - balanced. I don't see anything with them that is op or up tbh
Imo if they nerf angmar and dwarves and dont take out boro's horn MOTW Will be the new OP team
4gr33d , and to the factions, i think thats what they are, like almost perfect. I think EA did a good early job with the Balancing. 1 new faction changes the game a lot.

Its hard to balance up everything...its like every faction had some units which were op and some which were up..... its just the number of oped units vs number of uped units dat gived the impression of whether a fraction is too weak or too strong

Dwarves-OP, self explanatory, undying heroes, everlasting Dwarven Riches upgradeable Axe Throwers, 2 Heals, Dain LD, Bard being a legolas for 1200
Angamr- Slightly OP, imo once axe throwers are normal they wont be a problem, if anything slightly UP, Black Numenorians suck tbh.
Mordor- OP definitley, are u kidding me, Industry and Mordor camping are back in all their former Glory, so is the OP MoS, now they have their own cavalry units 2 .Not to mention Gothmog, also the fells do siege damage once more but now have 6000 health .
MoTW- Eh, they are both kinda OP and kinda UP, i hate Rohirrim with a Passion.
Elves-Same as MoTW Mirks in towers are OP but thats about it, imo Elves suck othewise, Lorien Archers who despite battalion size nerf take up 60 CP, LW back to being weak PoS but cant take down buildings....
Goblins- This one is hard to call tbh, if it wasnt for axe throwers goblins would easily be OP imo b/c they could do the same old 2 tunnel 2 cave gob spam from 1.04.
ISengard- Simply hate warg sentries, other than that they have some rlly good units and some utterly suckage ones.
Please, tell me how is gothmog, witch-king and fellbeasts OP ? Catas are good... but they cost much and are weaker, thei need 2-3 projectiles to kill knights for example. also with TG's
Mordor is most ballanced facion in the GAME ! NO Archers, no Axe throwers, no early pwnage melee unit, very weak cavalry ( ! ) at tier 2 ( ! ) that die to all one on one combats ( ! ) without trampling.
Weak infantry and cavalry, strong monsters and siege. Perfect. So we are against all those OP things in corner
