Seems like there's a lot of Total Annihilation crew as well working on this. I can only hope for Jeremy Soule to create the music.. Though it seems they made their mind up about that already.
I wonder how it's going to be playing this. I can only imagine it's very hard to check out the whole map instantly. That can be the biggest downside of the game.
Went for the $100.-!

I lol'd. Wish I could spend that much money on a game before it's release.
Yeah well I'm reserving judgement until I see actual work being done. Considering all we saw was a pure CGI showing the concept of the game.
Oh wait, I just read on the news section that apparently people with custom commanders get 5 codes to share it with others. Now I'm personally looking for a friend that has 1000$ to waste to get a gurenn lagann mech in a game that may or may not be released.

Well by now it looks like they'll certainly reach naval, and it's highly likely that they'll get to gas giants as well. I doubt the other 2 stretchgoals will be reached unless they spike massive interest and publicity again.
I'm actually fairly certain that they'll reach all 5 stretchgoals considering that only half the time has passed. The 3 stretchgoals that haven't been revealed will probably only be a +100k or less.

I have a feeling the rate of donation tends to be at the highest at the start, drop off towards the middle, and then spike again towards the end. I don't know though. That being said, i'm not actually 100% sure they can make this game for that price. RTS's of this scale do NOT come cheap, and I wonder if they've misjudged it.
Well, looks like they're at 1.05Mil and still 13 days to go. So yeah naval is 100% certain at this point. I like the latest stretchgoal they have: lava and metal planets. Lava planets are just huge mineral sites or whatever with lava everywhere, but metal planets are apparently deactivated death stars floating around that you can recycle or reactivate. Probably going to be a gimmick, but I'm a sucker for some gimmicks.
Anyway, if the game turns out crap then I didn't even put any money in it so I'm safe, and if it turns out good I'll scam another one of those polish sites and get a free steam key or something.
