Hi, and welcome to the Mentor and Mentee project of the new year. I challenge You, to enter this project of http://www.gamereplays.org.

In this brief info We're going to go through some goals and benefits of this Mentor and Mentee project. Please take time to read these. Without further ado, lets get to the business.

What is the purpose of this project?
The purpose of this project is to mentor players to better skill level to Mentees, and to give valuable mentoring skill to the Mentor. Mentor and Mentee can grant amazing amount of skill and experience to both sides, and make both players in the game. Also it's intended to familiarize players to each other and grant community experience

What are the benefits for Mentee?
The benefits for Mentees are clear. Mentee will be getting huge amount of skill and experience from the players mentoring them, and hopefully get good relationships to the Mentors. There's no doubt that 2 weeks training session wouldn't increase skill level.

What are the benefits for Mentor?
Many of You may think that "What will the Mentor get? Will he get anything?". I'm going to answer this question. Yes, Mentor gets quite a bit as well. Mentor gets valuable experience of mentoring a Mentee, and also this medal . Some may remember this from previous project, and some may not, however it's a medal what You get from training a mentee, and it is definately granted if You improved Mentees skill level and knowledge base

What is the project schedual?
The project schedule will be as follows, and I'm asking You to read it carefully.

• 10.12.-24.12. - Pairing of Mentors and Mentees
• 24.12. - The project training session starts (2 weeks)
• 1.1. - Your feedback, on halfway
• 6.1. - 2v2 Tournament, teams as Mentor and Mentee, volunteers only *
• 7.1. - Feedback from Mentees and Mentors
• 8.1. - People receive their medals and project ends

* Tournament details
This tournament is 100% volunteer based, and you can enter it if you wish. However I advice everyone to enter as entering is 100% free, you have to pay nothing, winner gets his name to tournament winner list after the project, and this tournament winner medal , and possibly some small prizes are to be given out

• 2v2 tournament
• Single elimination defeat
• Teams must enter as one Mentor and one Mentee
• Maps are Buckland, Minhiriath, Tower Hills and Udun
• Starting resources 1000
• No CaHs or Ring heroes
• ALL tournament replays and especially the winning replay must be entered into tournament replays forum, which can be found http://www.gamereplays.org/community/index.php?showforum=1290.
• The final round is to be hosted by qualifying GameReplays.org staff member.
• No third party devices
• No cheating
• Disconnect counts as a loss
• If the tournament was cancelled, it will be played in the next free day (Sunday or Saturday)

It's been newsposted, it has a box about it, it has announcements eg. it's just been told enough times. If you wish to train unofficially - you're VERY welcome to. But the sign-ins have officially ended and the training session started.

Man, sucks that I just joined today! I would of loved doing that, considering I just got beat by 3rd ranked guy... lol not a surprise, hey so like someone said... bandit king, pm me or something when this kinda thing starts again!

This project will be closed now, Mentors will get medals tomorrow or Monday.
