Hey guys I thought I would just post an update here to say that I finally finished my masters degree, and thought you might like to see the result biggrin.gif

Was a very intense year and I'm really glad it's over. Now just to find me a job tongue.gif

I think I finished at just the right time, some amazing games to look forward to, including new C&C, GTA5, AC4 and the new gen consoles as well. Hopefully we can get together for some ZH soon like old times, and then check out C&C together later this year wink.gif

Yes the job market sucks ass and, unlike previous generations (my parents), I'm not afforded the luxury of coming out of school into a decently paid job! I seriously worked my arse of for my masters, it was way harder than my BSc and it put me out my comfort zone of biological disciplines a lot more too. I had practically no time for anything outside of it. Many masters degrees are 1.5-2 years but mine was just 11 months, so it was very much eat/sleep/work day in day out. It's rather demoralizing/depressing to know that despite working that hard, there is still very little out there. Fuck having kids is all I gotta say, gotta support myself first!
