Problem with PolshZH.big

I have problem with PolishZH.big. When i instal update it stop and message appears "Failure Renaming/Deleting File C:/Program Files (x86)/EA Games/Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour/PolishZH.big". Please help. I have orginal version from 2003/2004, not craked.

What Update do you mean. Patch 1.04 ?
