Oh yeah I forgot you are starting your first year biggrin.gif.

Have you tried programming and game design yet for yourself? If not, you should before actually going for a major in these fields. Most people want to create video games because they like to play them, not because they actually have enough passion to get the job done properly. Programming can get quite time-intensive, and many people find it boring. You should definitely write some practice programs for yourself before spending money on it.

Or become a video game pro. There's a $1,000,000 tournament happening soon for Dota 2. And to think I used to be amazed by the $10k tournaments for SC2. But I guess I was never used to anything big since I always just played RotWK tongue.gif.

Have you decided yet? biggrin.gif

You may have figured out that all engineering degrees are quite difficult; aerospace in particular and also mechanical are considered difficult even for an engineering degree. You will be very smart once you get one of these... smart enough to feel stupid knowing that there is still a crapton of stuff left to learn in your field!
