GenTool says I'm running cracked binary but I bought the game off Origin

I can't seem to connect to C&C Online in the same vein as this post in the C&C: Online forums at the following link: https://forums.revora.net/topic/111779-coul...t-to-zh-online/

About 5-6 years ago I bought the C&C Ultimate CD but then uninstalled it and Origin as school became too hectic. Yesterday I bought the game off Origin and downloaded Origin to my computer. That's the only thing I can think of that's causing this error. I'm barely computer literate enough to know how to download GenTool and the like. I know I'm running it as an administrator and I'm using the recommended Launcher fixes, GenTool, Firewall excepton, etc but I have no idea what else it could possibly be.

the same for me in "the first decade"-pack.
but i use a german uncut patch, maybe thats why.
