I actually have no idea how the clan system works, I've never been leader and never used it. Leaders probably can't add someone who is not on the clan, that would make sense indeed. But I most likely manually edited some access at some point to either grant a special thing or fixing an issue, Arne is in that case, Jacob and Levi might be too. Btw if it goes to the ears of some people the will probably try to undo it, so shh. Better Arne abuse his powers on this message before it's too late.
