is it worth buying a scout helicopter?
i mean its very good having one in middle of a game
my start is always: 2 heavy tanks, 1 light tank and one scout helicopter
so i ask: best idea to start?
although i have to say it has worked so far mostly biggrin.gif

While it does give you better range of vision early game it limits your offensive capabilities to an extent. In all reality your allied air units should be moving around enough for you to see what is coming your way. And spending 800 on a helo that could easily get shot down isnt one of the best moves imo.

Well I just judge it by how much damage it takes from my first attacks, prolly not the best way to do it but it works well enough for me. tongue.gif

I can usually tell my looking at them. If the tank commander is halfway decent the front should always be pointed towards you anyways. (usually its not however)

Do you need to have LOS to attack ground? Meaning, can you attack over a hill?
