Games like Doom gave unique skins and stuff for pre-purchasing the game and many other games, but remastered I see nothing on the front page saying pre-purchase gives anything... so is there any bonuses? Or can I just wait 2 days and buy it without missing out on anything, anyone know?

No benefits apart from being able to preload the game.
That chart is massively outdated though. It is avg speed in 2017. Internet providers in the Netherlands greatly improved their downloadspeed over the years. One of the bigger providers here even offers 1Gbit now. Can only imagine other countries had the same trend.

Australia decided to go backwards and use old copper lines in a Fibre to the Node style system. Only a handful of people have Fibre to the premises or curb.

And while other countries have been improving the UK has done nothing, I'd wager a more up to date chart would prove my point about UK having poopoo internet in comparison to Europe even more

It's an absolute nightmare atm, I wasn't getting anymore then 3.5MB/s download on the remaster the other day
I have to restart the line every now and then. We've been in contact with the ISP many times, probably 20 or more. The speed is fine then it slows down until we struggle to even get 1Mbps down/up. Restarting router doesn't fix, however, restarting the dsl line (yes we're on dsl ) and our speeds shoot right back up. Either they're throttling the line or it's old and shit.
So now we just reset the line 1-2 times a week before it deteriorates... They can be fucked if they think we're going to pay fibre installation fees for a house we only rent
