Hello, I am rather new to these forums and desperately want to play this game online, there seems to be absolutely nobody playing it at any given time which has made me wonder if you people use some sort of hyperlobby or hamachi channel to play online.

Anyways, I am just curious on how you guys actually manage to play UAW online and would appreciate if you could give me any tips on how to actually do so myself.

Thank you.

Hello there! I'm sorry I didn't notice this earlier...

As far as I know, the best time to find a game is usually on the week-end in the evening (at least my time). If you would like, I'd be happy to do a few rounds with you if you want, just need to arrange it beforehand (timezones and whatnot).

Good luck!

This game is dead sad.gif fucking windows live killed it before it was born.

It's a shame because it's a damn good game. The best RTS since StarCraft in my opinion.

Hello again, thanks for the answers.

I have been following your advice, logging on the american timezone equvalent of the afternoon time and Iīve been getting quite a few games....against letīs say rather "single-minded" opponents, not that I consider myself a good player to be honest.

Anyways, I agree that windows live is as frustrating as driving a french car but I was still hoping that there would be at least some opportunities to get some games with a few people ( I am a fan of team battles I must say) so my gamertag is ss-skum, I log on regularly to check if some games are up!

Looking forward to send some radiation cascades to your base!

It still had its massive flaws.
The development process itself killed UaW. In addition to the fucked up issues with patches costing money for GFWL devs.
GFWL itself wouldn't have killed it. Just look at DoW 2. Sega killed it.

If I had his understanding of the game I would think so, too.
