Ready for more can be interpret different ways, and based on this I cannot conclude that the accused player disconnected on purpose.
Since this is was in a 2v2v2 match, points cannot be given. I set this accusation to invalid, as there is not enough evidence of this being an intentional disconnect.

Read again - he said "ready for move" not ready for "more"...
For quite obviously announcing he was about to DC, and then DC'ing. Nickname's misreading of the text is important because it isn't nearly as open to interpretation as he initially suggested - it's pretty obvious what he is threatening to do given the circumstances.
Or are we committed to performing mental gymnastics here to avoid doing anything?

Ready for move can mean different things. Maybe he had an anthrax bomb coming.
Announcing a disconnect has to be way more specific than this. You can read more about it here.
To really scrutinise this evidence, you would have to find in the favour of Riwik unless the accused came up with reasonable explanations. In the scenario of repeated DC, "are you ready for more" can be taken as a comment in context, and adds credibility to this accusation.
Based on that, and in addition to the DC in a losing position, makes the accused guilty, unless proven innocent.
It always puzzles me that some players openly announce their intentions of disconnecting or mismatching. Just do so quietly and avoid any punishment due to current ruleset.
In our above case, it is rather clear that the perpetrator meant exactly the act of disconnecting (possibly, due to not being fluent in English, they were unable to explicitly express themselves).
