need help fpr COH2RGTViewer error

i'm download COH2RGTViewer and After running the software, it gives the following error

I don't have burn.exe
i need software for sga open and rgt convert to dds or tga
i;m download corsix ModStudio and COH2RGTViewer. Both of these software errors when opened
please help
