Can the awesome changes of 1.09 be applied to ROTWK?

If not, PLEASE find a way to create the same patch, so that everyone can enjoy the changes done to 1.09, while at the same time enjoying the new faction and new units from Rise of the Witch King?

Rotwk isn't compatible with 1.09. Neither will it ever be I think, would be too complicated

There is a patch for rotwk called DC patch, which is similar to 1.06-1.09 style of counters. I tested it and it was fine

I sure hope it has all the goodies that 1.09 has, like how they upgraded the King of Mirkwood Hero to look like version from The Hobbit trilogy.

The main thing is: The RotWK Community likes the more simplified look of the expansion more, this is what I read/heared. With the unofficial patches of rotwk also a few new visuals were added in it, but not as much as to bfme2.

Rotwk patch moders+community had always been in favor of the bfme2 vanilla series and this is something that will unlikely ever change
