I've just installed patch 2.02 v840 and have been enjoying it thoroughly so far. One major issue... when I start a War of the Ring and enter an individual battle, I cannot build fortresses. Not on any map, or with any faction.
When a start a regular skirmish, I can build fortresses, so it seems to be limited to War of the Ring only.
Can anyone help me please?
