Steel, lots of it.

I work with bananas

I work with wood. And they twist like it was no tomorrow.

I work with acid to create metal signs, but I work with Zinc and Mag not Steel

i work with whitey to keep him a happy man. It's nature of the beast (?)

Ah, a carpenter.

I build structural and prefabricated steel buildings and oversee their progress.

Here was a particularly hard job, poor logistics, and temperatures of -30 C when the breeze came through, but the sun was out this day.

WTF - -30 Grad today? Where is it?
Here in Germany sunny 26 Grad today

Put stress on the word was nearest the beginning of my sentence. This was last years Winter in that place the Lenape Indians termed a "stream between two mountains".

Anyhow, this spotlight discussion is about a much more interesting character, one that has a clan dedicated to all things chicken wings.

ah Nice i will provide a pic later. and it has started to become warmer here. this Winter was around -18c so not to bad.

but it has been -36c :c

I'm glad we are all building things.

Yuck, the cold is not the friend of those working with their hands.

sure is.

doh you get used to it, but the heat is almost worse, since there is not mutch you can do about that.

last summer for us was so warm that 1 lighting storm created 115 forest fire's in norway and kept going into sweeden.


almost no rain. i do not hope that happens again, doh i do hope that i wont be working when it rains

The heat is harsh, but I prefer a blaze in summer to a breeze in winter.

When it gets to 42c here, and the dust is flying in my face as the wind blows, or the humidity gluing my shirt (and pants) to me, that is when the heat is too much where I live.

The rain here is beautiful, so long as I am not putting on a roof when it comes pouring down, those are bad/scary experiences, the rushing to secure everything without falling as you make your departure via lifts.

have you ever heard about HMS?

its some letter we use for short ( forgoten the name as of now)

but it is for Your own safety, its a Place where you can look up safety, and some list for the bosses to GO around and check if the work site is safe enugh.

doh i name it as this

wich then translates to

construction worker is missing safety.

since most peeople at least over here. is ah dont worry it wuld be fine.

heck even my boss is like that,

we got a prodject to fix the roof of a fire tower. they decided to climb on the out side where there was a smal way to climb (with out any safety). once they got to the top the worker looked down on where they were going to work. and asked how we are going to do it since it was so dangerus and on what safety to use.

note that they had to work under the edge on the roof since somthing there needed a fix.

the boss simply grabed the mettal pole in the middle of the roof, and grabed is worker. and said. now you can work.


so you know to some people on construction sites.
