Yo guys,

scuba is caught map hacking here in this video at 1 hour and 40 seconds. He tells Boycah everything! Crazy stuff really.

This was played online, Gamereplays events, and a challenge! Mental stuff tbh.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VARF4akX3oA

1 hour 40 secs.

I also made a backup of the video incase the video goes AWOL smile.gif

I hope there will be a conviction.

Also at 1 hour 4 mins. He tells boycah "dont go that way, there's gats there" hehe.

Nice!

In the given video scuba has been defeated in one game at 1:00:36 video time stamp. After that he immediately passes information that is only available to an observer to his mate Boycah to give him an advantage in the further course of the game. Therefore this report is valid. Games have been played on Gameranger and were part of a 2v2 KOTH challenge hosted on GameReplays.

Video is from October 15, 2019. We have revised this rule and posted a public reminder of that on 17 February, 2020.

The precedential case that has triggered all of that discussion had Dominator and Boycah involved and was found to be valid. As a consequence both players have been issued with a warning. Same standard applies here, hence I issue a stern warning to scuba for this first offence violation. It must be understood that a subsequent violation is likely to carry a much more severe penalty and could extend to a suspension from C&C:Online access.

Boycah has been warned for observer-collusion that took place before the 17th of February already, therefore no additional penalty for the same violation.

No additional penalty? Surely a second offence is a ban?

SO where has the topic for Dominators cheating in current CW month disappeared to?

Also, there was never a rule against using teamspeak/discord in gameranger in non-CW games, so not sure what rule was broken here (8 months ago?)

This just adds more evidence of Dominator desperately trying to turn the spotlight away from him cheating in CW and concealing the evidence.

Here is my real conviction; https://www.gamereplays.org/community/index...howtopic=377209

It would be a second offence if it took place after the initial warning has been issued. That is not the case here.

Every cheat accusation stays invisible until our Fair Play team has dealt with that.

The rule that persisted 8 months ago was the following:
QUOTE(~JoKeR~ @ Feb 9 2020, 10:38 AM) *
If an observer of a game passes any hidden information to any player that is still playing in that game, and that player is using that information (to find an invisible unit for example), both will be guilty of maphack and will be convicted as such.

We have revised that rule and changed it into the following paragraph at February 17, 2020:
QUOTE(Ka$$aD @ Feb 17 2020, 10:17 AM) *

Accusing Players of Observer-collusion

If an observer passes information to somebody that is still playing in-game, and he/she uses that information to gain an edge, both will be guilty of observer-collusion (non-software MH).
This offense will be punished based upon the severity of actions taken by those in violation.

What is considered proof of Observer-collusion?
  • A player with a defeated, but observing teammate, makes impossible decisions, such as perfectly avoiding or firing on demo-traps, mines, camouflaged units/buildings, all without ever having knowledge of their whereabouts during the match.
  • (Self-)incriminating videos or screenshots containing the collusion itself or a valid admission of it.

yes, so based on the rule that existed 8 months ago....

If an observer of a game passes any hidden information to any player that is still playing in that game, and that player is using that information (to find an invisible unit for example), both will be guilty of maphack and will be convicted as such.

Boycah did not act upon information provided.

Invalid.

You said that the opponent had black napalm migs, Boycah immediately made an avenger. So he did use the information you provided. And this is only one example.

But it doesn't matter, you only have a warning since it was before it was made punishable.

Building an avenger = maphack? No-one ever built an avenger? NEVER in the history of GR would that be enough to convict someone of maphack.

Your rule states (to find an invisible unit for example), building an avenger definitely does not constitute the same thing.

It was also not a tournament sponsored by GR, literally just a game challenge from Crazy. I dont really care about the "conviction" as it means nothing, but its definitely not a valid accusation based on the aforementioned info.

The migs were invisible to Boycah. And making an avenger isn't proof, making one seconds after you saying he had migs is..

But why do you feel the need to argue with this? First, it is crystal clear and second, you only got a warning. If it happens again, you get punished for it. But that counts for every player that do the same after the Boycah/Dominator accusation.

Just let this on go smile.gif

Because it is not stated in the rule that existed 8 months ago. Hence the rule was updated.

What Dominator did in CW, is against the rule that now exists.

That's why the warning.

But I have said anything I needed/wanted to say related to this accusation so I won't discuss this matter any further.

Domiís conviction will be his second and in a serious CW game so harsh punishment should be taken.

What a Farce between the Experts. E-Sportsmen just have no Respect for eachother like real Sportsmen.

Something is wrong with that Rule anyway.
Only the Player who give Informations should be convicted.
If someone is saying there are BN Migs or whatever, after he surrendered, how can his Teammate deny those Informations ? He can't !
And it's not proofable what is happened next. Did Boycah made an Avenger because of that Information ? Maybe... but maybe not.

Boycah has no choice but to listen to this info.

This conviction is for scuba only. As you saw no further action was taken on boy.

Scuba convicted though biggrin.gif
