As shown in the screen shot , Remains in Uploading... I waited many minutes but can not upload ,
I changed windows , reinstall game , reinstall Gentool all version , disable Antivirus and ... also my internet connection is good Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=65ms
Please do "tracert gentool.net" in command prompt Can you also PM me your global IP address so i can do a few ping check from the server itself.

I believe i may have found the issues but i cant do anything about it. So on VPN you are bypassing a server hop (85.132.90.xxx) both you and -Marie- when im doing trace backs to your IP address its timing out at that step.
One difference is i can ping Marie back but I'm get no response pinging your Global IP Ronin13.
I will check the FTP/firewall logs to see if i can see data been sent to us that would mirror file uploads in the next few days.

So after investigating this. There is no server or network issue on the server. the Server is not getting the file transferred to it. Most likey an ISP block happening.

I have not had this issue back in December, but I think since I updated to version 8.3 only.
Not sure what has changed, but Gentool has resumed uploading to the website. There was no issue before, but for me the case is closed (at least for now). Thanks again for your attention to this.
