Hey guys, every few weeks I will be updating this with information on veterancy in CoH. Thanks to the fans who requested this information and designer Blake Gilroy for putting this together.
----------------------------- Standard Allied Infantry Squad Veterancy Bonuses -----------------------------
- Can move at full speed while camouflaged - Suppression resistance, harder to suppress - Received damage slightly lowered
Level 3 Veterancy
- Weapon range increased
Affects: Axis Snipers
Level 1 Veterancy
- Permanent but minor health regeneration rate
Level 2 Veterancy
- Infantry armor is upgraded to elite status, higher resistance to small arms fire (Pistols, Rifles, Machine Guns)
Level 3 Veterancy
- These elite snipers can now fully utilize their semi-automatic rifles, they now track and fire at 2 targets before having an extended aim/reload time.

Affects: Axis Panzer IV, Stug IV, Panther
Level 1 Veterancy
- Slight damage reduction from received penetrated hits
Level 2 Veterancy
- Machine Gun crew is added to the tank, top machine gun is now manned
Level 3 Veterancy
- Armor Skirts added, vehicle armor is harder to penetrate
Is it possible to add some %, that could be awesome.
About the Axis s veterancy bonuses, there is a Veteran Weapons Teams upgrade, i thought this upgrade was for HMG, mortars and snipers, but you re including HMG and mortars in the infantry upgrade, maybe you could check this page and tell us if it s up do date

Why does this information clash with the Planet CoH info from the beta and the NemBus info from the retail version, which both state that level 2 vet for axis only makes them as effective against elite riflemen as they normally are.
Thanks for the info! Though I am abit confused because above it says that the Axis Infantry Squad upgrades include Machinegun Teams and Mortar Teams. I thought that they were covered by the Weapons Teams upgrades, not the Infantry Squad upgrades
*edit* actaully nevermind, i guess its just that both upgrades have the same effects on their repective units.

Damn! Elite axis snipers are killing machines, double tap? And you don't have to kill 20 people like the allied sniper. Unfortunate for the munitions bug though. A level 2 allied sniper is awesome too, full speed while camo? I gotta start using snipers more.
According to planetcoh.com the first bonus for the Axis HMG gives it an accuracy increase by 25% and it reloads 25% faster.
This is actually noticeable in CoH. Right after 1st upgrade to the HMG it suppresses rifleman so fast i actually feel bad for those no goodnicks. As well it stops shooting to reload the box for a much shorter time period.
