This mod can be used over LAN or Impulse. For Impulse you will have to use the /allowmismatch command line option. If you try to login to impulse without the option set it will remind you.

If you attempt to join a game that has a mod enabled that you do not have you will be notified about it and unable to join that game.
Clicking on a mod from the left menu will make the Button on the left become an Enable Button. Clicking the Enable Button will move the mod to the right menu, enabling the mod for use.
Clicking on a mod from the right menu will make the Button on the left become a Disable Button. Clicking the Disable Button will move the mod to the left menu, disabling the mod.
You can also double click a mod to move it back and forth.
Clicking on a mod from either list will display info about the mod in the lower window.
Mods themselves work the same way they did in SC/FA. So far I have tested blueprints and hooking, and they both work.
To install: Download and extract to your \Stardock Games\Demigod\dgdata.zip directory.
Be sure to make a mods folder in your \Stardock Games\Demigod\dgdata.zip to install mods into.
Also: Changed the way the Join screen works. Instead of disabling the Join and Observe buttons clicking on one of them will create a popup dialog that lets the user know that one or mods are missing or out of date and how to figure out which ones are causing a problem.
The guys in XoO love to do things like that which is the clan that Censored88 and myself are in. One game was we were all Regulus, five players. It was hilarious.
Oddly enough, I learned something on that game. The counter to Regulus' snipe is potions. =P
