Huge amount of information in there didn't know the fact that 110% was recieved from the side... thought it was much higher. also thanks for the statistics on the effect of railgun/laser upgrade i myself never get the laser upgrade (doesn't fit my style) in 1v1 but now i will have a reason to 300 damage is quite impressive.
Nice info but it fails to compensate for the rate of fire damage, according to your guide laser scorpion tanks get double damage but due to the rate of fire decrease in a real world scenario it increases damage vs multiple targets much much less than you think, 10-15% at most. Just like the avatar, while having on paper more damage per second, the tripod actually causes more efficient(higher) damage in real combat scenarios due to higher rate of fire.

That's right, though I wasn't trying to give any particular strategic advice whether to upgrade or not. The tables are rather meant to plan the number of units you group to focus fire so you avoid overkilling.
The rate of fire stats are like this:
Predator cannon: 400 damage every 2 seconds (200 dps)
Predator railgun: 572 damage every 1.6 seconds (357.5 dps)
Scorpion cannon: 240 damage every 2 seconds (120 dps)
Scorpion laser: 520 damage (260 against infantry) every 3.35 seconds (156 dps)
So the Predator upgrade gives 87.6% more power, and the Scorpion upgrade gives 30% more, but you also have to consider that it's more difficult to dose the Laser Scorpion's damage.

Discuss here, and please feel free to ask for additional stats that are not in the guide.
