to the vid, i total disagree with most internet copyright laws, we also had/have a few rly stupid rules about that here in germany. if its legal in his country the guy should be allowed to link what he wants.

Internet censorship is a real worry,everyone should be concerned. It's the only medium left where one can express free speech and alternative sources of news. Even here in Australia they are planning and talking about restricting it under the guise of child protection and safety.

Yes we have exactly the same in France, it's a law called Hadopi, which condamns illegal downloadings on internet. They want to reinforce it for the same reason you listed here.
