I'm currently playing BfME2 version 1.06 (no mods) and I would really like to be able to get more units than the standard command limit allows. I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but I have tried to follow every guide and install every command limit mod I could find, but none have worked.
What I have done so far is edit the gamedata.ini directly in the ini.big file using the FinalBIG software. I change the command limit numbers, save the file and then test it out. Loading a save or starting a new map don't matter - the limit is still the same.
Since I have overwritten the original ini.big with my own changes, where else would the game get these command limit numbers? This is pretty much my question, anyone knows?
