Just to clarify though, you don't have to use your Zero Hour user name in the nick name box. You can have up to twenty nick names. You can just make a new one (provided it is not already taken) by logging in with the name in the "Nickname" box.

Are the stats going to stay in the future? When I played my first games and logged in again, they disappeared somehow.

Yes. If you are connected to the forthcoming stats server, they will stay.

I would like to see a ladder once again based an "near" ELO-system including a few options for the game setup.

Does anyone know why this message appears on my screen when i want to playonline via CnC Online?

I did play SHW, removed ROTR and included some hotkeys for Shockwave and ZH. I have no clue where to start "repairing".
I also have Gameranger installed.

Any ideas?

You probably forgot to revert some mod files. Look for *.big files and loose files.

Okay, I now set it to the initial state with only my ZH hotkeys inside.

I tried now a few minutes ago: Can't connect online.

Anything wrong with the service of CNC-Online atm?

I tried to play via GameRanger and it worked there....

Now it works again with the GenTool update.
Has this something to do with each other?

Hi guys.....need advice again.

I somehow can't get online in ZH.
It says I cannot connect online.

Last time I updated GenToll and it works.
Not sure if that has sth. to with each other.

But on GenTool's exe it sais:

Hello guys, I have the GenTool and I signed up in Revora.
However, when I try to make an account in the game online, it tells me that it couldn't connect to Zerohour Online.

Any tips?

You need to attempt to log in and then make a new topic here; C&C:Online Support Forum saying that you have just attempted to log in. That way we can find the attempt in the server log more easily. It may be that your internet service provider is blocking ports (I had not heard of them before) but we will be able to see that more easily from the log.

I did try to login and also to create an account, but it still tells me the same thing.

I activated VPN to overcome the blocked ports ( if it was blocked ) and the problem is still there.

Thanks for your concern, do you have any further tips?

Hello guys,

I got age error message at logging in Online that says:

"You must be 13 years of age or older to play this game online"

How can i pass this?! i have double checked my information and i have GenTool last version installed but i have this message again and again when i click Log In button.
