Christopher, aged 93, has passed away and leaves behind and incredible legacy of acting that will remain with us forever.

Lee was an English actor, singer and author. His career spanned almost 70 years, and became best known by his portrayals of villians such as Count Dracula, Saruman in The Lord of The Rings Trilogy, and Count Dooku in the Star Wars Trilogy. Lee also played a big part for voice overs in The Battle For Middle Earth franchise, in which all three are hosted here on Gamereplays.

Peter Jackson, Director of The Lord of The Rings Trilogy, has lead tributes over the last 24 hours, and commented 'He was scholar, a singer, an extraordinary raconteur and of course, a marvellous actor There will never be another Christopher Lee. He has a unique place in the history of cinema and in the hearts of millions of fans around the world.

The world will be a lesser place without him in it. My deepest sympathies to Gitte and to his family and friends. Rest in peace, Chris. An icon of cinema has passed into legend.
