Late-game
The WSC Player
At this point in the game you may already have enough command points for Calliopes: If so, get them! Your four AT guns should be sufficient to hold off their Panthers, and with Calliopes you can finish off light vehicles or damaged Panthers. The earlier your Calliopes gain veterancy, the more usefull they'll be. If you don't have the command points yet, build your Tank Depot for the command points (don't build anything from it yet!), then you'll definitely be able to call them in.
After this just spam as much tanks as you can and use Allied War Machine while attacking. Again, first start with Shermans, and transition into M10 or M18 spam later in the game. Get a Pershing as soon as you can.
The only problem with fighting Panzer Elite Panthers is that you have to be very careful, so that you do not grant them veterancy. It's not a catastrophe if a Wehrmacht Panther survives an AWM rush, but it is essential that you only attack the Panzer Elite Panthers if you can kill them (with Calliope support if needed). Otherwise they'll get veterancy level three, which makes them much harder to kill.
The Barracks Player
The main difference for the barracks player from playing against double Wehrmacht is that you should only build one Howitzer. A second one won't be neccesary due to Panzer Elite's mobility. Call in a Ranger Squad instead. Don't forget about the Supply Yard upgrades.
After this you can either get a Motor Pool and get a few more AT Guns, or get a Tank Depot yourself as well and spam tanks (again: beware of Panther veterancy!) or spam Off-Map Combat Groups.
