This was one of the closest games I've ever had. Nuvion did a really good job holding the left and then pushing into the right side. This was the 3rd game(tiebreaker) played between us to see who would advance to the semi-finals in the 1v1 Gamereplays.org Tournament currently going on.

What's funny is axis was going to win this game unless they started floating 1000+ mp's and letting existing troups die in the field instead of retreating... but that's precisely what happened
What happened really? Did you just get cocky and thought the game was over? This replay is a good warning though to play until the very end.
I agree with yourmom. Lots of floating manpower at the end, and i dont think a single squad was retreated when they were hurting badly. I think nuvion was expecting a tiger any second, but it was such a low action game that he didnt get one
Nystroms attack onto the right side was awesome. He didnt lose much and killed the entire axis army. Wow.
I don't agree with chasing the M10 into nystorm's base. It may have been at 10%, but you had to know he wasn't going to leave it hanging like that. In the end, it cost you 3 StuGs and you still didn't kill the M10 Also, I would have picked a doctrine much sooner. It might have saved you a ton of manpower instead of backteching to T2.
And yea, it sucks being desperate for CPs. I've had a few games decided by the fact that I have 1K for a Tiger call-in, but not enough CPs to bring them out.
