Dude you don't know what a hell you are talking about. What did you expected Morelloo to do? Its one of the reliable counters against Paks. Actually Im quite surprised that Seb didnt plant a mine of his own in front of the Krieg Barracks just in case of the "base rush" that you mentioned...
Dont have any problem with the PAK snipe. Amercian faction has so many advantages it is usually an uphill battle for the Wehr. A sniper can take out the pak sometimes with one shot. With strafing runs, M8,M10, artillery, rangers, snipers, there are plenty of counters. The American player here should not have gotten rattled so much by the loss of just one at gun. He was doing a good job of getting most of the map and could have modified his force to compensate. Instead, as he said himself, he lost interest. Considering that he was mainly relying on repeated infantry assaults without much support against a known expert player who had a nice combined arms kampfgruppe, he should be content that he put up such a good fight.

I guess when i play i like to play fair....i know what ur think playing fair whats that. he could just flank the pak like what he was doing the whole time, the axis could enter the base too and just killed all this infrantry with his puma but he didnt because he plays with class and fairness. Base rush shouldnt be allowed in tourney but it is so i cant see why pak sniping isnt allowed. It was a fair game if base rush is fair then anything is fair + its just a game so get over it.
