Replays: 23 Game:
First, it's generally more helpful to post games where you lost, than where you won when you're asking for advice. You learn a lot more from analyzing where you went wrong, than from a game where you managed to win in the end.

That being said, a few tips:
1) I'd definitely at least produce 1 rifle before going Jeep. Having only 2 engies for capping early seems like too little. If you want to go harass with Jeep with good Jeep micro, at least go 3 engie start into Jeep. Otherwise, Engie x2, Rifle, Jeep is probably more prudent.

I'm only a top 150 or so US player (and not the best at the US/PE matchup) so higher ranked players may have their own strong feeling on this point.

2) Around the 3:30 - 4:00 mark, you were careless in your capping order, and left a +10 muni/+10 fuel disconnected--you had an engie standing around doing nothing by the +16 fuel which could have gone up and capped the strategic point to connect the areas--make sure to queue up moves well in advance. This is bad under any circumstance, but the US-PE matchup is on a razor's edge for the US, and losing out on resources for no reason is crippling.

This is easily preventable by pre-order queue units (by assuming no enemy contact) up to capping the entire side of the map initially when you have time. There's no reason not to.

3) At the 5:30 mark, you send 2 rifles on open ground to engage 3 PGs in yellow cover including x2 G34. Not only to you get ina shoot out you will most almost certainly lose, after the PG threw and hit you with an incendiary grenade and your rifles were all at low health, an immediate retreat and healing via Triage Center was almost certainly the right move. Instead, you wait to retreat the units until most of the soldiers were killed, needlessly losing manpower.

Don't wait to retreat until your units are dead. Retreat any time you are in a bad situation to save manpower as much as possible.

4) Use flamers. You had 100 munits stored up, and a full strength engineer just sitting around. Flamers are some of the best early-game weapons the US has.

5) Frontal charges against G34 equipped PGs by rifles are not a good way to do damage. You KNEW the PG player was just sitting there by your base cut off with 3 PGs, yet you fronttally attacked them again, right after you basically lost 2 rifle squads with no damage just seconds prior.

Instead, you could have send some units to begin capping the rear areas behind the enemy lines--send a rifle and an engie up by the central VP, run right past the capping point (which you can go for later) and begin capping those fuel and muni points in the rear of the position.

The PG player will liekly have to peel off units from the front line to attack those units capping away int he rear, giving you an opening to begin capping closer to your base.

When you can't attack the enemy effectively in a frontal assault, dont repeat the same mistake, do something different.

6) Armored cars are the bane of the US existence. Expect them to come (if not, it will be Inf HTs or PIVs). Either way, the things that make PG truly incredible are their insanely high powered anti-infantry vehicles of the mid-game.

I.e., BARs should not be the first thing you go for when you have fuel to spare. Go for MP + M8/ATGs. Against a good and more aggressive PE player, you should have been up against ACs much earlier, and you could have been very vulnerable.

Some players go for LHS Tank Doctrine for Armor Repair + TD + early M10 (Repair allows you to circumvent the ATHT de-tread attack that is deadly vs. M10). Either way, the first thing you should do is get a unit on the board that doesn't get totally destroyed by ACs.

k first thanks for ur replay an i have posted a replay before when i lost but no one answered ,i get jeep as first unit not to kill pg but to kill the kitten and to reduce their health a little so that riflemen would be able to deal with them , but y u are right about the flanking i could save the 40 fuel of grenades and just flank him instead but the thing is grenades are very good vs pe cause the squad is only 3 inf so 1 grenade can easily kill a squad so i preferred to get to get grenades instead of trying to flank , i got bars to deal with ac by using Suppression Fire and it worked in that game when the 2 bars killed the ac but if i got m8 he will get panzerchreks and atht so we will be back to zero point again , and about the capping y i forgot to cap the cutoff point biggrin.gif cause the eng squad who were having the order to cap it had to use them to repair the jeep so i forgot about the points biggrin.gif

y i noticed in big maps like this one pe always get 2 kitten to cap and to move the us inf from green cover if u know what i mean , so if jeep could kill both or at least one can change the game but if u think there is something better am all ears smile.gif and about the hetzers y i know that they dont have a tower (am not that noob biggrin.gif ) but i didnt want to flank them with m10 cause i have already lost 1 m10 to a teller mine so didnt wanna risk any more loses biggrin.gif

Real good jeep micro. ❤ You take the fight against Grens rather than to resort to Rifle stalling. Proper response to tank buster doctrine as he was pumping tanks than shreks. Kittens slaughtered all through the game man, +1 Wub
