pretty entertaining game, kinda longish and freezes in the beginning for a bit everytime i view it, but might be my computer screwing up...

nice rifleman useage vs the mg's w/ flanks and nades.
like someone else said, some idle units next to stuff in your own territory, you didnt seem worried about VP's at all which was interesting.

im no expert either, just stuff i noticed ;].

overall thanks for posting, was well worth my time to watch.

Wow, this was a very entertaining rec to watch. I loved the micro and thinking on both sides, great job. One thing I did notice that could've changed the outcome of the game was Architect, you should have ran your calliope into his base, would've stopped him from building his panzer command. Instead you kept it sitting on the map, and he was able to build the building. That right there could've won you the game.

Other than that, great game, really enjoyed it happy.gif

Agreed a very nice game.

Arch made two bad calls when he first ran in with tanks in Axis base and ident pull them back. Guess you wanted that Panther really bad biggrin.gif Second time was of course when you dident wait for the pershing. 2 Shermans up against one Panther and 2 stugs. Its scary to see 2 shermans destroyed and both stugs and panther practically unharmed n1qshok.gif (maybe it was the tiger and not panther, cant remember really biggrin.gif)

And as HERO Said, th15 was way to carefull in the end. He had full MC and tigers, stug, flakpanzar. Also he new he had taken out shermans and calliope so there was no chans Arch could have had to much to fight back with.

Good going by both players thumb.gif

Tempman: Yes that would be me. Haven't dont any work on WC3 in a very long time though.

As for being careful, I could afford to be, I had a large advantage in VPs and having all my tanks getting their engine disabled by stickies is plain annoying. No point in having all my tanks disabled when I'd just repaired them only to get flanked by a sudden clump of armour.

Besides I had one experience where my opponent summoned 3 M10s from his off-map combat group (yes I know he wasn't playing infantry company, but once bitten twice shy yea?). Oh yea I was waiting on veterancy upgrades too I believe.

I do agree that he should've let loose on my base with Calliopes, that's what they're for, more than anything. There was a period when I was building my panzer command that I was very very worried.

Yes, Arch could've dealt a cripling blow early on, he was driving his shermans right past an empty non-producing axis base. That would be excelent target practice for your barrage, and combined with using your other shermans to knock out his HQ / Barracks / Armor Building, it would've meant he had to rebuild and give you the edge.
